1. Returns We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all parts/tags included.

2. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Damaged or Defective Items Due to the nature of home products and fragile items, please inspect your package upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at TUNGOLBENJAMIN@outlook.com with photos of the damaged item so we can send a replacement or issue a full refund.
